Shipping and Delivery of Goods
Products will be shipped and delivered via express courier. Dersut Caffè S.p.A. will ship the purchased products exclusively to the address specified in the order. Shipments to PO Boxes are not accepted.
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Delivery generally occurs within 10 working days from the acceptance of the order. The times mentioned for receiving the goods are indicative.
Delivery charges are billed based on the gross weight of the product, and the related rates are indicated during the purchase process.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties as per the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for the delivery. In case of non-delivery of the products, the Customer may report this via a specific email shop@dersut.it and if necessary, Dersut Caffè S.p.A. will assist the Customer in protecting their rights as provided by law.
Free shipping for orders over € 60,00 in Italy, excluding islands, Calabria, and Venice.
Acceptance of the Product by the Customer
Any damage to the packaging or discrepancies in the number of packages reported on the transport document compared to the order must be immediately contested by making a specific indication on the delivery document (signature with specific reservation indicating the type of damage). With the sole signature of the delivery document, the Customer attests to the external integrity of the Product and the conformity of the delivery.
Any damage occurred during transport or problems related to the correspondence and/or completeness of the Products received must be reported within 4 (four) working days from the delivery by sending an email to shop@dersut.it . Following the report, the Supplier will respond to the Customer, communicating the methods to solve the problem.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Rules
In execution of the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 implementing Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Customer may return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 working days from the receipt of the product in the following ways:
- The Customer sends a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Dersut Caffè S.p.A., located in Conegliano (TV), ZIP 31015 - Via San Giuseppe 46, attention E-commerce Office, communicating their intention to withdraw from the contract, enclosing a copy of the invoice or the delivery document and specifically indicating the products they intend to return. The communication can also be sent within the same term via email to shop@dersut.it.
- Dersut Caffè S.p.A. will contact the Customer to communicate the return procedures.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include the shipping costs, which are entirely borne by the Customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.
If the Customer returns products that are damaged, not returned within the above term, opened and/or partially used, not properly or completely packaged, or in which certain parts such as components, accessory elements, packaging materials, boxes, documentation, and/or other items are missing or have been damaged, the right of withdrawal is completely forfeited. In the cases mentioned above, Dersut Caffè S.p.A. will return the purchased good to the Customer, charging them the shipping costs.
With the limitations mentioned above, Dersut Caffè S.p.A. will refund the amount actually paid by the Customer, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days from the communication of withdrawal by issuing a credit note and arrangement via PayPal or credit card.
Receipt of Goods
The courier's delivery hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders received during public holidays will be processed the next working day.
The designated courier will make a delivery attempt during the day; if no one is found at the indicated shipping address, a missed delivery notice will be left, containing a phone number to contact.
